Our staff at WCL has over 30 years of experience when it comes to finding the right beverage choices for your event no matter what the size. We'll work closely with you and wherever the event is being held to make sure your big day or night runs smoothly. And you'll receive up to 25% off whatever wine is consumed at your function.
Come in for a meeting and Chris or Joe will go through everything with you and work within your budget. We can tell you what to expect to pay per person at your event. You'll get assistance with any or all of the following: picking the beer, wine, liquor, soda, water, mixers, champagne, glassware, bartending service, catering service, delivery and pickup, ice and buckets. All planning is a friendly, non-aggressive style - we want to make you happy. Once you make your choices, we will email you a quote.
We specialize in providing service for weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate functions, memorials, graduations, retirements, wine tastings in your home, book club nights, BBQ's, and more. You won't break the bank and you won't be schlepping off to some club store in an industrial neighborhood where they use forklifts for shopping carts. Here’s how it works:
1) Call our expert staff and discuss your needs, menu, number of guests and budget.
2) We deliver chilled, ready to serve wines, beer, spirits, soft drinks and mixers.
3) You relax and enjoy the party.
4) After we sort what's consumed you will be given / mailed / e-mailed an itemized invoice sure to please the bean counter in residence.
5) You take the credit for being so well organized!
It’s really that simple! Below you will find sample scenarios for different budgets broken out by cost per person. Remember, we do this for a living so you don’t have to worry about it.
Scenario #1: Our Budget? What Budget?
Really drinkable Red and White Wine, Premium Beer, Soft Drinks
For every 30 people:
1 case Wine @ 84 (really!)
2 cases Beer @ $30 ea
8 Sparkling Water @ $2 ea
$160 / 30 = $5.33 per person!
Scenario #2: Well, they are my Clients, Family, ect.
Selected Estate Bottled Vintage wines, selected Micro Brew and Imported Beers, Soft Drinks
For every 30 people:
1 case Wine @ $180
2 cases Beer @ $36 ea
8 Sparkling Water @ $2 ea
$268 / 30 = $8.93 per person

Famous Wines from good vintages! Selected Belgian Ales, Designer Water
For every 30 people:
1 case Wine @ $300.00
1 case Belgian Ale (they’re strong!) @ $144.00
